OUR BACKGROUND

            Schlitt Services originated as part of a family owned residential Real Estate and Insurance  Agency in 1953.  Louis Schlitt began Schlitt Insurance Services in 1985 and now the operation has moved into the second generation of Schlitt owners offering property and casualty insurance, life and health insurance, investments and financial planning.  We are one of the largest full service financial services organizations in East Central Florida.

            InsurCorp Agency Alliance was formed by Schlitt Insurance Services in December of 1999, as a subsidiary to:

• Establish a network of independent, insurance agency partners who  want  to grow and profit
• Offer independent agents the ability to remain independent, gain new markets, increase income and agency value and receive profit sharing and supplemental commissions without having to sell, merge or cluster. 

Through the SIAA model, InsurCorp Agency Alliance is also able to provide direct “mentorship” for smaller agencies in all areas of agency development.

            The territory for InsurCorp Agency Alliance includes the following: 

Brevard, Highland, Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee, Orange, Osceoola counties and the following zip codes in Palm Beach County:  32403, 32408, 32410, 32418, 32458, 32468, 32469, 32477, 32478, 32480.

WHO ARE OUR PROSPECTS? 

            There is no specific member profile and we have members of various sizes.  We are interested in agencies that are serious about growing profitably.
