What is SIAA?
SIAA, the Strategic Independent Agents Alliance, is a national insurance agency alliance. It is comprised of large Strategic Master Agencies (SMAs) that are very successful, highly reputable, and strategically located throughout the United States. Through its Strategic Master Agencies, SIAA offers growth and profit opportunities to smaller Indepedent Strategic Member agencies (ISMs) who want to be competitive while remaining independent. As a result of this partnership, the high premiums generated through SIAA and its member agencies create many opportunities that would otherwise not be available to agents on a standalone basis.
SIAA Today
Since 1995, SIAA has grown rapidly, with over 5,000 members across the United States. Only eleven property and casualty insurance companies write more premium than SIAA!
SIAA averages over $680 million in premium growth, with over 400 new independent agency members joining on an annual basis. The SIAA business plan calls for a network of 7,000 independent insurance agencies producing in excess of $7 billion in premium!
SIAA is not a franchise, cluster, or aggregator. SIAA agencies gain much more independence as members of a large national network.
